How can I schedule a Pop-up or Private Appointment with Looped?

You can book your private appointment for permanent jewelry or hollow needle piercing HERE! For Pop-ups please fill out our contact form and our team will respond back within 24 hours.
Do you do private parties?

Yes, we charge a small travel fee if you're desired location is out of Edwardsville. You can book a private party and get 20% off your purchase for hosting!
What happens if I need a repair?
​
We are more than happy to repair your piece of jewelry. We ask that you send us a photo at looped.jewelry@gmail.com. If the break was on the jump ring we can reattach the current chain for free as a first-time repair policy. Anytime after that, a small fee of $20 will be owed for the new weld. However, if the chain has broken and is not salvageable, then you will need to receive and pay for a new piece at full price.
